It would be insanely hard to port it while maintaining the integrity of the game. Textures would look like trash, models would be extremely blocky, and all sorts of things would have to be rewritten from the ground up. It would be incredibly hard and time consuming to accomplish.

But if they succeeded I would definitely buy it xD

I've never played a Monster Hunter game before. I'd buy it if it came to Switch. I've thought about trying to get the 3DS Games, but I suspect they might cost too much.
