20 good for badges , 1 good for vc and doing ur 3 a day practices pretty often like for my hustle rebounding i do a qui k 20 sec thing 3 times get 3000 torwards my badge play a quick 1 min qrter game get a quick 500-7 vc, do the 3 practices again and repeat
