You press the "OK" button and the program will shut down, followed by a system shut down.

Also, uninstall Gameroom, as it's bloatware you don't really need to get to FB and access the Gameroom page on the site.

EA Origin does that to me almost all the time if I don't shut the app down before I turn off my PC. You could just make sure the app is killed prior to shutdown to avoid this issue entirely.
