Vsync or frame lock it to 30 or 60. It usually fixes stutter for some games idk why i have the same thing going on with far cry 5 lol had to lock it to 60
First of all, upgrade to 16gb. Second, this has been a thing with every microsoft game, turn off vsync and put a 60fps limit don't leave it on unlimited. This solved the stutter for most people
