Yeah, seems ram related, I suspect either ram leakage, or maybe other ram-relevant issues.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Ram allocation problem, I get it a lot, either upgrade to 12gb to allow the game to use the full 4-6gb it requires, or reboot the computer and launch Forza 7 as fast as you can
