when you have both a Japanese account and an English account, you get both English news and Japanese news.

I made a Japanese user account until I realized that it did this to my news feed. Not worth it to me personally, I don't know of any Japan-only games that I'm interested in and there will be plenty of regular games without the Japanese account, so I removed it and reset the console to reset the news feed (looked up a tutorial online).

I did it back when puyo puyo tetris only hado a demo on the Japan eshop. I've kept it just in case. I may delete it at some point though....

i dont have this issue they change everytime u leave and come back see if u can make the english your main account
