Nah you can find better prebuilts for 500. Theyll include tax but much better than this. It would be bettee to build a brand new computer with ryzen 3 and use an am4 board to upgrade in the future.

I'd honestly try to talk the guy with a 4790k and 970 down to $600 or even $650. 4790k is still about $300 and 16gb of ram is $160+. Not a bad deal as the 970 is great as well for 1080p and you can always upgrade to a 1070/1080 and even possibly a 1080ti in the future and not experience a huge bottleneck.

OH THERE ARE MULTIPLE. I agree with Rick Kidder. That build you wont have to change anything about it. 600-650 is a good price.
