GTA 5 needs a minimum of 6GB to a maximum of 8GB to run and a high grade graphics card is also needed too. So no!

There are ways to make it run with 4 GB RAM if you GPU is good enough.. But the info you gave is too little to tell a definite answer

The ram probably dorsnt matter at this point. You will need a new computer because you just have Intel graphics. Build a desktop if you want to game on it
