I was wondering if anyone streams their steam games to a handheld device like a tablet or nvidia shield handheld.

I know there is a couple of ways to stream your steam game a handheld using a program like moonlight or just use steams in-house streaming.

Will a 8" 1920x1080 Nvidia tablet be good for streaming? Or should I go higher maybe like a 10“ 1920x1080.

Is it worth while doing this?

8 is fine. 10 is fine too. It's all preference anyway.

I use 8" and it's fine. Gta5 plays very well on my Linx Vision. The Wii U emulator is great with that controller
