What should i upgrade???

I'm thinking cpu. I'm not 100% sure but your cpu might be bottlenecking your gpu. Someone else will confirm or deny this. Rest of of it is a great pc

CPU no doubt. i3 8350K would be a good small cost solution. Also I'd consider adding more storage. Maybe a 500GB SSD or another 1TB of HDD.

I don’t see what motherboard you have, but I would go with an i3-8350k. Everything else works really well together. Your 980ti is still a very good card, and as long as all your games fit on your 1tb drive, you should be good on storage. RAM is good. Maybe along with an i3-8350k also invest in an AIO cooler for better overclocking/temps.
