Hi guys noob question when they say heroic event . Means public event?

each public event has a phase if you do certain things it will turn into a heroic so liek the drills you will have to shoot a wee box that appears and others sorta things

If you finish a public event really fast it'll go heroic and add an extra staged to fight for better rewards.

Just means its harder and you might win a lottery exotic engram.
