You wont get new mutations if both sides are 20/20 or higher. Breed again with a wild parents to get new muts.

breeders ought to be more careful about their mutation stackings. rarely will I allow a single mutation allocate more than 3 slots, unless stats.

I still feel that there is nothing more beautiful than a controlled mutation, although the 158/160 mutations lead to beautiful surprises.

Yes 20/20 per side is max of (new) mutations

However if you breed a Dino that has say 18/20 with another from a new bloodline with say 15/20 (both maternal for example) then they combine
