Hey yall thanks for the add. My friend tried to download a "free" game and it ended up being a scam. While this "free" download was downloading it stopped and a pop up said his computer was under attack from a third party call this number enter the ext. # then the guy sent him a file and he downloaded it and then his computer didn't freeze it just wouldn't let him click on anything so he unplugged his computer and is now scared to turn it on...... what's the best way for me to delete everything off his hard drive for him? I told him to upgrade to an ssd and start over.....

Thanks in advance
