Start over. Or somehow he's on the old server still if it wasnt a full transfer in

It happened to me but it was on a server I went to recently because the game crashed easy fix

I don't transfer my guys around just Dino's and items. It's best to just make a new toon wherever you go

Go to the server you were trying to transfer from and it should pop up for you to download that character or you can manually
