HyperXCloud 2. Get the silver/black color because it's cheaper for literally no reason

honestly its not a well known brand but Viper Gaming works great, their v361 headset is 7.1 and has pretty decent sound quality. it also only runs about $50, you can pick one up from Fry's

Nvm it being cheaper. When I got mine a month ago, it was a 10 dollar difference. It's now like 10 cents different, lol
Anyway, cheap headsets will look cool and sound like garbage. I honestly think the Hyper X II is the best you'll find under a hundred. I had two headsets before it priced at 40 (Logitech) and 70 (turtle beach) that were garbage compared to it.

Also, Razer gear lasts less than a year and is overpriced. You pay for branding more than anything.

I spent $60 on my hyper X over a year ago and they're still as amazing as when I got them and the best headphones I've ever owned.

This shows what setups pros usually run. Hyper X is the most common brand-- I think the II is the most used headset below a hundred dollars.
The Revolver is really good but I chose the II instead since it has Virtual surround instead of stereo.
(Excuse me making so many posts--I hate to see people buy lackluster shit)

If you're going to rage throw your headset again I'd recommend getting something cheap.
