Hey guys quick question, if an M.2 slot shares bandwidth with a sata port and disables it if its populated, does it apply to nvme ssd's as well?

I would think that depends on the motherboard.

Depend on board

Most newer boards use the PCIe bandwidth for nvme SSDs
