First you need to make sure that it is heating that is causing it to shut down and not a faulty part like a bad power supply

Piss on it, your body naturally creates antifreeze and will cool it off quickly.

First check if psu problem or really overheating. If overheating check what component. If cpu/gpu try reapplying thermal paste and re-seat cooler.
If still a problem you can Check what components you have installed and tell us and we help you to find a better cooling solution

Run it from the freezer. The ice that forms will cool down the rig.

could be psu fail. run stress test . see temps . if temps doesn't go up sky high so psu then

If it is heating, i would suggest just getting a $20 cooler off of amazon, i had the same problem, and this fixed mine

Monitor temperatures. If those are fine it's probably faulty power supply unit.
