Its not going to be a pleasurable experience. But for a little money you can make a passable system. I ran gta5 on med/high with a i5 2400 3.1ghz, 8gb ddr3, gtx 960 2gb. Besides the video card which i paid $50 for i found all of the parts for that system at my local landfill. Luckly they let me dig through the electronics there. You shoukd be able to piece together something very similar for under $200 if your on a tight budget. That system held me over well till i finished my high end build
