Just wondered is this a good build for my first and would it do 4k gaming and vr with ease and out perform any console graphics wise thanks

This is your bang for your money other than that you can only get 1050 ti or 1080

It's overpriced for an i7 1060 build.Its better if you get a

Ryzen 1600
Hyper 212 EVO
Corsair Vengeance 16GB ram
A decent AM4 mobo
MSI RX580 8 GB(more VRAM+cheaper than 1060)
600W supply
NZXT S340 case

About 700$ I think,maybe less.Go to pcpartpicker.com and put those parts in the search and buy them.It should do VR at at least 90 to 100 fps

It will scrape 4k about 25-30fps, be is fine, I've got a 1060 works fine
