Hey everyone, another quick Question. I'm pretty sure I'm doing this right but on your server settings...if I make a mulitpler a higher number I get more of whatever it is. Like for example if I make it so daycycle speed is 3 days will zoom by if I make respawn rate of resources a 0.5 they will respawn mad slow correct?

The radius one for resources near a structure, if I make 0.8 less nodes will spawn around our bases right?

Thanks everyone, just was getting conflicting answers on the web.

No .8 would make more resources spawn closer

Day cycle of 3 is gonna make the longest day ever as well

And .5 will respawn in half the time.

You are a little backwards

Well thank you man was getting conflicting answers online.

So if I want nodes to respawn less often I need a higher number? That seems confusing because it says mulitpler, so it makes me think if it's higher it will respawn quicker. Lol

Pm me if you have questions about specific settings I’d be happy to help

Look at it like this. Base number is 1 you want to speed it up so conceivably if you wanna do it in half the time you'd go to .5 If you wanted Double the time you'd go to 2.

Go on YouTube, jade plays games, he has four videos on server settings and exactly how they work

Jade plays games is where I figured mine out. Some settings are opposite of what you think.

Maybe these screenshots will help. Notice how the cuddle interval multiplier is really low, at 0.005 so that babies want cuddling quicker, but just below that, the imprint buff multiplier is increased to provide more damage from the imprinting buff when riding your dino.

You asked about day cycle. The cycle speed is a multiplier defining the length of a full day, I left mine at 1, and then adjusted the day and night settings individually.

The way I have it set up here, daytime time scale is fifteen percent of normal, so from 5:30am to about 22:00 *approximately*, time moves slowly, longer days.

The night time scale is fifteen percent higher, so nights scoot along quicker and you don't have to be blind for too long, but yet still feel like an evening has passed.

Seeing as how he is more than likely setting up a ps4 dedicated your nitrado pics don't really help. The ps4s settings are fucked up lol

Nitrado settings edit the same .ini file as the ps4, it's all the same values, just a different interface. All of the numbers shown here will apply correctly to his other system.

I used to host a ps4 server as well. But, it got far too crashy :/

Yeah, the numbers will apply, but maybe not the names. I asked him how the interface was with his new server as well. Gonna see what he replied.
