Hey 305'ers does gear drop above 300 WITHOUT mods? Or is it 300 drops then mods to get you to 305? Starting to get 299 drops...just curious.

At 305 or 300 base, drops will range from 295-300. 300 is a bit more rare in my experience. I usually get 296-298 on average.
