I have two questions, I know the Switch is region free but are prepaid e-shops cards international? What about BoTW's DLC expansion passes?

Cards arent. You have to buy from that eshop

There's dlc for breath of the wild? I just ordered my switch from US. I live in europe. Hope it is sold on the e-shop as well.
