I deleted the whole file and unistalled battle.net then restarted from scratch and didn't pause even once next time

Does this sometimes when your battle net isn't up to date, can you force an update?

When mine hung up I think it was something in packages or whatever it's called in the files , it's missing one or something. Fixed it by copying another copy of that folder from another pc
