Greetings Pcmr, im currently running an i5-4460 with a 16gb ddr3, 1tb hdd, gt 730 2gb, no ssd powered by a 450w psu, my question is should i buy a gtx 1050ti 4gb which i can get at the end of August or wait for 2-3 months save and buy a Gtx 1060 6gb? And what else can i improve on these lil rig of mine?

I would save up for a 1060. But the prices are still high thanks to miners. What brand and model PSU do you have?

If your gaming at 1080p the 1050ti will do that.
But a 1060 serve you better in the long run.

1050ti is a pretty good budget card. Gtx 1060 is alot better though. I have had both.
