good afternoon, I was wondering if anybody could help me find something (if it exists) and yes I've tried Lougle. I'm looking for a device I could use as a hub for ethernet passthrough, USB, and HDMI via ethernet. I need to run an HDMI cable to a TV about 55 feet away, along with a keyboard, mouse, and interwebs. I'm most likely not using the correct key phrases. any help would be appreciated.

Most smart TVs don't connect to the internet with their hdmi port(or any I know of.) honestly your best bet is a wireless keyboard/mouse, wireless internet connection to the TV and a looong hdmi cable. They don't really make anything that fits your use case, TVs just aren't there yet as multimedia devices.
