EKWB has a good shopping cart configurator.
I would give you my shopping list, but I haven't finished and my last build was a custom closed loop (so open loop just with no reservoir).
my shopping list also has a lot of custom shit made up so it wouldn't work for you seeing as I'm making a custom psu shroud / reservoir / pump combo and had a custom radiator made and installed as well.

basic parts, list that I would recommend
EK/Hardware labs/alphacool Radiators (and fans) (I recommend atleast a 360 if cooling cpu and gpu, but if you can fit either a 480 or 2* 240 go for it)
Ek D5 pump+res combo
2 fittings for every component plus any additional angled fitting required
Cpu Waterblock or monoblock (vrm and cpu, must be board compatible)
GPU full cover waterblock
tubing that matches fittings,
Coolant premix/concentrate
distilled water
kill coil
pt nuke
maybe some temp sensors if your motherboard supports it.

So expensive. I've been working on my wish list and I'm at like 600 without GPU blocks yet.

I love my setup, but honestly wish I hadnt. It ended up costing like 1500 to 1700 USD when i was done, just in watercooling stuff and parts.

I think im going monoblock and 420 rad first just to spread the expense out some. Will buy the other parts little by little. Probably do flextubing first, go hard when I get everything else.

That should help alot. Glass is pricey and it needs alot of fittings. So about the same as hard line tubing but yeah soft tubing should help keep it cheaper than what mine did. Either way, good luck.
