For anyone looking to migrate to a better ARK server host, or looking to start their own server / cluster for PC, try
I've been with them a month, and their intuitive, yet simple interface has saved our asses twice already.

Creating a server is literally 3 clicks, clustering is literally 3 clicks.
Installing / uninstalling mods is 1 click.
Mod load order is "drag & drop".
You can set a custom increment for backups, and you have the option of only backing up the server when players are online, so you don't needlessly waste backups.
