I figured it out by accident by trying to jump while on sparrow...

Theres no button. You have to flip it over to get off

I went through the same thing. Ended up pressing a lot of keys before figuring it out. You would think they would make it simple, E to get on, E to get off. Nope, Dammit Bungie.

Its ok, I was also stuck in a tank for about 15mins triggered because I couldn’t get off so I slammed by keyboard hitting the spacebar by accident and there you go...I was free AT LAST
