Well... 2 elims as Ana is very low (especially with the dmg buff), 1K dmg is low too. 4K healing is really low if you had Rein (but this depend on situation). 4 deaths can be high. No nano assists (if your teammates are dumb just nano them when they are in middle of the fight - especially rein who is charging into enemy team). 2 enemies slept is once low. 1 defend assist is really low aswell. If your team is shit you need to be more aggressive especially with Ana. If it doesn't work then switch healers (mostly Zen to dmg). You have normal comp so you need to stay with your Rein 24/7 and pocket his ass...

But its always like that: Enemy team always has a phara, zarya, 2 heal, and often some genji+tracer who are actually top 500 but playing below

Imo there is some truth to this. If you're blaming your team odds are you weren't very team work oriented. Don't be toxic to your teammates. Learn from your mistakes and one day you can carry.
