Don't all of the Ryzen X-series use a 20C offset for temps to keep fans adequately ramped up? (meaning 70C reading is actually 50C, etc...?)

No clue if so that makes no sense and should just auto force fans to higher rpms.

The fixed that ages ago because people being pisses off the XFR wasnt really working. My R5 1600x couldnt even OC to 4GHz on all cores, I had to 3.9Ghz OC it.. isnt it supposed to be a 4Ghz CPU (max boost advertised)
