I’d probably say it’s related to the GPU also trying changing refresh rate to match the monito

Looks like screen tearing. Like what you could get when running a game? Strange though as ive never seen it on an internet browser...

My monitor does that for 30 secs after i start recording but after that everything works well

Check your resolution and try running DVI if your running HDMI. I use to have this issue when I plugged my GPU into my TV.
