Does anyone know of any wifi to ethernet modem/routers?

I want to use my phones hotspot as a secondary/backup internet source for my home network.

I run home servers and have a custom network setup with almost everything wired, static ip, and ports forwarded to different addresses plus a few other odds and ends so i dont want to swap routers unless everything i have setup can be done. Ideally there is a device that i can plug into the router or rack switch to share internet when the isp goes down.

My research has turned up very few results so far.

There's a few options you could always use ddwrt on a separate router and use as a repeater it does work I've done it with cellphone and passed it thru to my network but it would have to use the hot spot there could be a method of doing via USB not sure of that tho.
