I have all 99 levels into my craft, and its just over 1000%

But still only gives up to a 69% Stat boost on crafted items

Any idea how many levels that is? Or is each thing you craft random? A tribe mate put about 80 levels into crafting and only got 9% on a MC Long Neck

It's random, the more levels the better the chance of a higher % I've got a long neck at 90%
