I use my Ghost skin that usually gets me 3 to 8 more per match.

In Competitive it appears to give you 2 per round you win.

They're working on the rewards for PvP right now. Somewhere in their devblog there was talks of them increasing crucible rewards.

I honestly hate Destiny PVP. I LOVE any other kind of shooter.. but destinys I don't know why.. but if you don't have a pistol you will lose every fight. It's so unbalanced that it's stupid.

It does feel like it takes forever to get even a small amount of tokens. That being said I don't know if I'd change it or not.
