Does anybody know if there is a way to create a sort of public chatroom in PS4 for the group? Where people can go just to talk to other members while they do dailies/tournaments/play the game in general.

We could do a discord. You can access from pc or phone. Otherwise I think you are limited to 8 people on PS4 from your friends list.

No Community is like group here in Facebook it's same but if you want to make group chat on psn of course go to messages then create or add people to your message

The 8 ppl thing is the private chat limit.if they add Mic support for the game there can be more....but 50 ppl talking at once in a tour....lol.in gta like 30 ppl can chat
