Do you guys think that gpu makers should make mining only graphic cards to help prevent the skyrocketing costs for gpus that will hurt people like me and you?

Already did and won't help. Once mining cards are sold out miners will move to gaming cards. It's limited by the rate of chips that the chip manufacturer can produce.

GPU prices will fall when there is an oversaturation of used GPUS but who knows how pricey the new gpus will be. I unfortunately don't know when the new ones will come out. My be a few more years. Heck they can't even keep up with the demand for what they got now. I would lurk for an openbox or used gpu as it will be greatly slashed in price.
