On rag, go straight up from red ob into the red woods to the water/creeks where the beavers are.. I found em there.

They're found in the lava on ragnarok, you tame it with polymer from the mantis, put said polymer in last hotbar slot and passive tame, also you need to consume focal chilli and wyvern milk to be able to swim in the lava.
