Many internet companies especially in big citiesbor rural areas put bandwidth limits on downloads during peak hours of usage but just downloads, so to download with any speed you have to do it im the middle of the night but you can play and stream netflix fine

This has happened to my friend before. He downloaded the black ops 2 buried DLC and it took him like 4 days to download it.

I think it's just the ark servers. I get 20-40 mb/s when I download different games/updates. But when I download an ark update, I get like 500 kb/s-15mb/s
