Can't get the app yet and can't find this on google...where is the scorched earth section of ragnarok and otters.....I've never found one and I'm pretty sure I've been looking in the right area

I've found otters in a cave in vikings bay. You'll see a ribcage partially in the water and fly through a waterfall into the cave.

I'm on PS4 and i have looked where everyone has found Otters and not found any. XBOne had an update the other day that added them and the Pheonix, apparently. No update for me yet though. Not aure what's going on.

I’ve found otters in both those places. The first picture there’s a cave too so they spawn in there... you won’t find them every time but they’re there. Murder all the fish just in case, then go back after like 15-20 mins... They have the same spawn as a sabertooth salmon and Coel

There is an otter spawn in the inland lake in the redwoods by green ob.
