Can you guys help me with this problem. In game I experience frame stutters. Not fps drops or ping spikes, but it's clear stuttering. Its interupring my gameplay. You can see it happening in the video I'm linking. My drivers are all up to date, I have great hardware. I play on 1440p and all low settings. You can see my ping and fps in the video dont fluctuate when the stutters happen. Any ideas?

I was having the same problem and couldn’t figure it out for a while. I ended up doing a full driver uninstall and a DISM recovery on my system files, then reinstalled my driver and it fixed it. This was on a Radeon 380x. Dunno if the same will work for nvidia cards, but might be worth it?
