junkrat and pharah are great at it, and definitely have a really good mercy cause you'll need the healing
also approach it cleverly. remember bastion can only attack what he sees so if you stay out of LOS you cant get damaged. junkertown also is very 2-level so try to find a spot you can hop on them from above or around a corner to surprise them
