I'm on PC but I usually game competitive after midnight. Almost 0 kids.

I always play comp after 10 pm until like 3 or 4 am on weekdays

Avoid playing weekends most of the time, and definitely earlier in the day or later in the evening for comp. Especially if you're playing on a console.

For ps4 I would say 10am-3pm weekends I would say wake up early and you have till about 11am. But PC master race.

Im on the east coast best time for me is early am to around 2:30 pm and then any time past 11pm
