i got 120 forever ago.. i got around 600= seeds too.. haven't played it for a couple months got tired of seed hunting.. lol. need to get the dlc and pick it back up!

I’ve done everything except for all those damn korok seeds.

I went through and got 120 shrines and all 900 korok seeds, also got all the armor (even from the amiibo) and leveled up all armor that could be leveled up. I am redoing it all in master mode now
