At what point does FPS start to become choppy and annoying ? 30?40?

Depends on how much fps u always play. If you always use to play with 30fps that would look good to u.. some ppl play 120 fps so if they to to 30 they can neveer play it.. for example i get around 700 fps on Minecraft,, if i go to 200 i feel a biiig different and i find it so hard to game. Cuz im used of that 700fps.

Some where between 20-30 for me when i run games on ultra high an fps takes a hit. Will also some what depend on how much ram your is on your card an your cpu will have a slight impact.
