Go to the server list and wait 5 or so minutes. Let all the servers load in. Then you can change it.

Bottom left is your options. Do what was said above and use that bottom left option to change. You should have dedicated official and legacy

Sometime you have to back out of the server list after fully loads and go back into it to change server options..
