Anyone know if you can transfer characters/dinos to aberration, or is it locked to keep it "fair?" Have people wanting me to switch my server to it. But they want to know if they'll have to start over.

No Dino’s can be transferred into abb because they wouldn’t be able to survive the harsh environment.
But you can transfer items and characters
