How is your memory clock only 5258mhz? I've managed to clock an RX 550 to 7600mhz on the memory clock

2100MHz stable, 40-45% Fan curve. I've puahed higher but stability suffers greatly around xxx2-xxx5

I just leave it up to GPU boost and set an agressive fan curve. Goes a bit past 2000MHz.
