Anyone heard any updates as far as them releasing a patch to fix player dedicated servers? Does anyone also have a better source to stay updates other then the jakeish dude on twitter from WC who doesnt post about anything relevant ?

I've heard mid month, along with server rentals. But hell, it's WC we're talking about. Could be next year.
