I'd advise you to have a hatchery with aircon on the outer edge of foundations so you can hatch eggs on floor and co locate your breeding area and kibble farm. Have 1 massive building or cave. You could utilize the thatch box method as previously mentioned or build something more permanent like 1x1 metal b gate box's inside. Or do what every one else does and 2 or 3 people put dinos on wander while you whistle stop all and mate all your females at once, takes 5 mins every day
