Any one know how to fix this?

One is showed on the console while the other is(according to the console) disconnected. Though it’s charging some how. The right joy consist fully connecting. It’s the same thing when I hook up the joy cons it came with so it’s not them.

Something similar happened to me after using someone else's joy cons at some point during the day. One of my joy con wouldn't connect even though it's attached. It just went away after I docked it I think
